Who we are

Loveward is operated by Distributed by Design Ltd, 230 Brockley Grove, London, United Kingdom. This policy covers the iPhone app and this website. Contact privacy@loveward.io or support@loveward.io.

What we collect

In the app: your account email, the wedding plan you choose to enter, and limited diagnostics so the product stays reliable. If you invite a partner, they can see the same shared plan.

On this website: information you send us on purpose — for example a waitlist or support email — and the technical data a browser typically shares when you visit a site.

Cookies on this website

This website may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember a preference, or understand how the pages are used. The iPhone app does not use these website cookies.

Cookies that are strictly necessary run so the site can function. If we add optional cookies — for example analytics — we will ask for your consent first where the law requires it, and you can change that choice later.

Email

If you give us an email address — to create an account, join a waitlist, or write to support — we use an email provider to send those messages and keep a record of them. We do not buy or sell email lists.

The assistant

Ask Loveward is optional. When you use it, your question and the parts of your plan needed to answer it are sent to an AI provider so the reply can be grounded in your wedding, not a generic script. Inspiration chats may include recent turns in that conversation.

We use this only to generate a reply in the app. We do not train our own models on your questions or plan. Do not share anything in the assistant that you would not want processed this way.

Purchases

Subscriptions are purchased through Apple in the iPhone app. We may also use subscription infrastructure so your access can be recognised if you reinstall or change devices. We do not take card details on this website.

Who helps us run Loveward

We use specialist providers to operate the product. That typically includes hosting and a database, sign-in, email delivery, the AI assistant, subscription status, and website hosting or analytics. We only send each provider what they need for that job. They may process data outside the UK.

We do not sell your information or use your wedding plan for advertising.

Retention and deletion

We keep your plan while your account is active. In-app deletion will be available as it ships; until then, email support@loveward.io and we will delete your account and plan data.
